Tesco speaks
May. 26th, 2004 11:40 amWe got a letter from Tesco in response to our complaint. It's very much a form letter--it doesn't address any specific points we made--but it does say that our comments have been passed on to head office and
will be taken into consideration, along with any others we have received, at our next review.No spelling mistakes either, tho' a disconcerting mix of serif and sans serif fonts. Still, a response means, we suppose, that our aggravations have cost Tesco a couple of minutes and a stamp.
