Stir Fry Barbie

We're beginning to think we need a section of memories just for Barbie stories. This one's a stunner (thanks to the Torygraph). Not certain which is more boggling: the notion of

78 images of the doll [...], entitled Food Chain Barbie, in sexual poses in or around household objects, to illustrate "Barbie's power as a beauty myth"

or the fact that Mattel cared enough to take it to court. Don't they lose, regardless of the legal judgment, by reinforcing stereotypes of humourless, grasping corporate bodies going for the little guy?
