Striving to become human?

Is it just me, or does this picture, that illustrated a section on the BBC Daily E-Mail, make Antonionionio look rather like Mr Data? Could Data have not only an evil twin, but an even more evil triplet?

If he had to be anyone struggling to become fully human, Pinocchio would have been so much handier. With a sensitive nose like that, there'd be no more untruths about WMD and the reasons for going to war.
