Things this month

Things:

• Twitched: A very loud wren on the garden fence--that is, loud for a wren, and they're shouty birds--was very pale compared to most I've seen. But, did I mention, loud?


• Spotted: The fat wood pigeon who likes elder leaves is back in the elder, nibbling. PG Tips for avian types? (I'm sure I read osmewhere that elder wasn't good for chickens.)


• Broken: Second reading lamp in living room, my lovely stereo (these two might both just have been the end of last month), Looby Loo's tablet's screen, the DVD player (only temporarily).


• Watched: Mammoth Blake's (sob) 7 rewatch only held up by a day due to the malfunctioning DVD player.


• WTF-ed: The bizarre enocounter with the man behind the ATM glass.
