It's very fast, but uses the superfast yeast which is pricier and comes as boxes of sachets that run out just when you don't want them to. The crust's a tad harder than the other settings, it doesn't keep at all (toast on day 2!), and has quite a rough top (I assume due to there only being the one phase of mixing then raising, rather than repeats). But... it's freshly homemade bread so I'm happy enough.

Three parts white to one part wholemeal has just worked successfully too.
