Haven't backed a winner for ages.


Labour losing more seats would have been better.


And it's nice to know that the obnoxious Galloway will still be able to annoy Antonionionio.

As a party leader, does Galloway get to ask more questions of the prime minister than a normal back bencher would????

I suspect not. One person isn't considered a party, or automatically given any of the privileges appertaining thereunto in local democracy, and I can't see Westminster being more helpful.

I must say, my respect *cough* *cough* for Galloway plummeted when I heard his acceptance speech. Going after the returning officer like that (essentially accusing him of fraud on live TV when he has no opportunity to defend himself) is just verbal thuggery, and I'm not going to regard anyone who does that sort of thing well.
