Nag me, please

[ Interestingly, my dear Dragon didn't want to recognize "nag", preferring to ask to be liked. ]
So here's the thing. I've a set of notes to finish, some questions to answer, a short essay thing to write, and the entire assignment to submit. But, despite the deadline that's still impending rather than looming, I know I'll fritter away the time reading LJ and suchlike.
Time for drastic action. No LJ comments and certainly no new posts until I've knocked at least one thing off the list. Then a little chance to post. Repeat ad nauseum.
If you catch me commenting, or worse actually posting an entry, please ask me if I have first finished one of the items on my list of things to do. Shame and nagging work where my better nature fails. (And M submitted two assignments yesterday, so I feel an urge to compete.)
Of course, without some form of electronic surveillance, you'll never know if I'm actually working during any period of silence ;-)
