OK, I'm stumped by the instructions:

"Increase Round: [k2, m1 (k1, m1) twice] 4 times"

Does that mean k2, m1, k1, m1, k2, m1, k1, m1, repeated four times,

OR

k2, m1, k1, m1, k2, m1 repeated four times?
