I'd not tried anything on Teachable before. But free, and just the right length for someone with a 'flu-addled brain, was How to pick a supporter spindle and bowl.

Since I've never used one, or seen one used in the flesh, it was a good primer.

I'm definitely going to try and then buy one this year.
