Sorry to read you've had similar problems.

Talking to one of the specialist nurses, the pharmacy's a nightmare at the moment and I was advised not to go in to try and pick the script up in person (which is what I wanted to hear, as I don't want to increase my risk of picking up an airborne infecion). Still warching for the postman today....
