Floated through the month, achieving little. Need to shake myself out of this.

You are, of course, right. I think I've managed to regain enough energy that I'm starting to want to do more/feel guilty about not doing more without having sufficient oomph to achieve much of it.

I know that one. But when it comes to getting things done on top of surviving and healing you have to go from 'not enough yet' through 'not enough more yet' to get to 'enough now'. Take it easy and it will come in time.
