More Confessions

We've just done our first lot of Christmas (or possibly December birthday) shopping. Shh! Don't tell LL, but we found both the Barbie playing Odette in the Barbie version of Swan Lake and the little Shelly doll dressed as the baby swan. Far too much long blonde hair. We have an excuse: these things fly off the shelves and don't come back. Good wholesome presents--books, art materials--are much easier to find.

(Wonders what this does to our m/f identification!)

We also currently have pink and gold nails. Not black, or green, or even mauve.

meant that there was a French Resistance Barbie....

Now that'd be a neat idea, except the illuminated fairy wings might be a slight hindrance.
