Garden Progress

Yesterday, planted ridge cucumber, mini chili peppers, yellow French beans and mottled green beans. (Actually what this means is there are pots all over the few places in the house where there's sufficient light to grow things.)

Today, post-drizzle, planted early purple sprouting broccoli (half row), mandelbrot-elli (known by most as romanesco), radish (saxa), radish (French breakfast), spinach.

Discovered a fairly extensive burrow, but no occupants. I'm assuming rodents of the less pleasant types.

Miss Daisy has eaten many varieties of bug. She's also increased her English vocabulary: as she wriggled in the fence, head stuck, wings tangled, she distinctly said "Stuck! stuck! stuck!"
