Really it's all a question of Lance Henrikson on the one hand (and wouldn't that be interesting) versus Alan Rickman and Ian McKellan on the other (ditto). S'difficult.

Memo to self: use bread machine more often. (When we do, I generally set it on the timer to have fresh warm bread in the morning, so no waiting.)
