...dodgy back.
Not done/had this before: lower back pain bad enough to prevent me standing up quickly and without great pain, and an inability to fully straighten up whilst walking around. Ouch!
Fortunately, if I'm careful how I sit, or stand and only walk in a stright line (twisting again is so relegated to last summer), I can keep the pain down to the level of the achy joints elsewhere (i.e. mainly tolerable with the addition of a medicinal red wine or two in the evening).
Don't know if/how I inflicted it on myself. I reached up and failed to close the hatch to the loft on Tuesday and felt a twinge, but then trotted round to ex-singing teacher's and back at my usual unimpeded-by-any-(slower-)companion speed without any discomfort.
Unlike the current fibro flare and eczema which I had every intention of ignoring out of existence whilst grumbling a lot, this, I think, I cannot leave alone. I may give it the weekend to take itself back off to wherever evil lower lumbar pain demons come from.
