I've done my back in, like last year. Same deal: pain (mainly right-hand side), spasm (ditto), difficulty standing up/sitting down. But, as per last year, copious red wine deals with the pain. And planned busts of activity get things done.

On the other hand, the current knitting project is going to take ages. And I've Maths to do.

But, not what I needed.
