Today's haul:

Having watched closely, I can now state pretty conclusively that the medium brown egg comes from the black and gold Tuppenny and the teeny dark brown comes from little miss Sixpence. The h-u-u-g-e plae egg is Miss Blue's.

That's a pretty range of colours. The range of sizes would make them difficult to use in measured quantity recipes though (ie as opposed to boiled or in omelettes).

I've just got more flexible in how much of other wet ingredients: big eggs in cake means no extra liquid generally. Or I measure against the eggs.
