Not a Vegan

The problem with vegan food, especially if it's really nice, is it always makes me feel that it would be even better if accompanied by a decent, rare steak. Vegan food: delicious; vegan diet: nope, not so much.

This was prompted by my wish for a steak to accompany this: Peanut noodles with kale and mushrooms.
