I do eat chicken, and hare when I can get it. (I also confess to a growing collection of pictures of hares and hare earrings.)

I have happily eaten (and cooked) hare in the past, but find myself increasingly reluctant to do so, because they are so beautiful. Rabbits, on the other hand, need to be eaten.
