Between blotch and blok

On Tuesday, we found out the scaffolders weren't arriving until Thursday (after we'd been up and ready for early arrivals). Friday for thatching.

Thursday, M being away, I arranged to work from home. Again, was up, and--crucially--dressed, nice and early. By mid-afternoon I was chasing M across timesonesfor contact details for thatchers and scaffolders as we again had a no-show. Thatcher not pleased. Me neither as every large vehicle passing outside had me stopping work just in case. Highly distracting.

Tuesday, for both the scaffolding and the start of actual work.

At least today the portaloo arrived for the thatchers.

Doesn't feel like it, but we've been moved in a year yesterday.
