Last year's, and hence not all that out-of-date, National Trust Handbook. We have a new one and, for once, the desire to keep a complete chronological collection of such items has not kicked in. So if you know of any folk who aren't members but might like to make use of the information, we could pass the old copy on.

Date: 2004-03-30 02:16 am (UTC)When I finally rejoined (didn't renew as it has been too long between when I'd joined before), it was last year at Stonehenge and this time I have used the membership more ... I went to Avebury that same afternoon and my new membership gave me free parking! Er ... that's it! And Avebury gives free parking to both English Heritage *and* National Trust members (you go to the pay and display, press the EH/NT button and when the ticket comes out, you write your membership number on it and stick it in your car's window!)
