So at present we can't log in, access our Friends Only postings, let alone anyone else's. Not sure we've got the energy to investigate the mystery. But at least most things are working. (And with the tax refund banked, we might afford the necessary PC upgrade.)

Aged P, and E, visited and left. So the pressing issue of what Aged P got LL for her birthday and Xmas has been settled. Sunday, Little Brother and R visited too. A real family reunion. Happens terribly infrequently.

So time to knuckle down, after all the fairly pleasant disruptions to the concentration.

... maybe. Via the usual, these days, twiddle to using an explicit proxy. Didn't seem to need to before; now seem to require it. Happily logged on.
