Little Cat

Yesterday began the pee-ing behind the front door.

Today continued with pee-ing (less copious and bloody) and crapping (pale). And throwing up.

Little cat is sick... again.

So, once we'd found where she was hiding, I squirted opiates down her throat, booked her into the vee ee tee for this afternoon, and put her on a sub-cutaneous drip for a bit of hydration. (I'd considered the last of those yesterday, but I'm glad I didn't attempt it on my own then: I'm sure it doesn't required two people, if you're an expert, but I'm not.)

More widdle, more crap, but she's eaten, and settled down for a nap.

That's a month since the last time.

Small Cat (2)

Has cystitis. Has been injected with anti-biotics. And a further supply of opiates. And more pills.

She's also scarfed down a surprisingly large amount of food. So, crisis over.

There seems to be a strong correlation between the weather becoming warmer (as it has later this week, and was in late August, and was becoming in May) and sudden attacks of nastiness. Roll on Winter.
