From home to cancer ward for treatment. Roughly 4 miles. Took me five minutes longer than I expected (1 hr 15 rather than 1 hr 10). Hot. Sunny. BP was 112.

The roadworks have been ... impressive. Can't imagine they're helpful, even for pedestrians.
Four miles is a good trek.

The roadworks are pretty grisly, but they have been for so long now I'm resigned to them. The tree felling along Barnwell Road was an unexpected addition to the general noise and aggravation.

I hate that Cambridge is so keen on killing mature, healthy trees and hedges.
