Inflating sales figures, indeed!
Nov. 6th, 2003 11:19 amFrom The Indy: Five former directors of Durex maker SSL charged with fraud. And after they inflated them, did they prance around with them stuck on their heads?
Interesting is the carrer history of one of the accused, the former finance director, Paul Sanders:
"Mr Sanders joined Seton in 1997 after a career at Arthur Andersen, the now defunct auditor, and left SSL in September 2000 to join the internet security software group Baltimore Technologies. He was briefly acting chief executive at Baltimore, but left the company after a year."What a string of disasters! If this man joined a business we were employed at, we'd be flapping off very quickly.
