Through the post, along with the parcel that meant the postman fortuitously woke us up, came a package with a sampler CD and some marketing bumph for Oi Va Voi. Don't know why it came. We don't remember ever requesting it. We don't recall the band. Still, before it gets added to the one day this will be a suit of armour collection or used as a drinks coaster, we play it. It's very fine. Very fine indeed. A little short to put on continuous play.
Thank you, oh gods of direct marketing, for sometimes (and we mean sometimes as in very rarely if not absolutely never) sending something interesting! You never know we might (might as in adds to the Amazon wish list and think about it for quite some time it being almost Xmas and all that) think about buying the CD.
