Thank goodness for our virtual existence, the ravens croak, something they cannot currently attempt in meatspace.

We've lost our voice.

Now, bearing in mind current state of crapness, do we risk writers' group tonight? If the staff in Starbucks switched off the Muzak would we be able to make ourselves heard? We think not. It's annoying: we'd got all out comments ready before the crapness set in yesterday afternoon. In a better and poetically neat world, we'd have to atttend to listen to other folks' feedback on our stuff--in a non-argumentative silence.

Bah!

I frequently lose my voice, whenever I have a bad bout of a certain kind of cold. It's maddening, and uncomfortable! Poor you!

Can you not take your written comments, and distribute them in silence, whilst listening to others speak?

A high fever? probably not.

And yes, I suspect not being able to comment on others' comments would be maddening.
