Caraway seedcake, I love the stauff but have never managed to successfully make one - no matter what I try they turn out uncooked in the middle or burnt on the outside.
(I suppose if the cake falls in the middle, it might qualify as "convolute", but think I'd decline to make that my aim!)
I used to do a shredded cabbage with an egg steamed on top, with lots of ground caraway and a bit of red pepper, in wintertime, or just when I was broke. I'll have to make that again sometime!
