Oooh! Men in Kilts

muninnhuginnCan't resist the sight of a band's wind section in kilts. The band's not bad either. Always preferred Scots to Irish (goes for whisk(e)y too).
I'm really watching this in the space between now and the point at which the F1 highlights start. The weekend's activities somehow precluded* the actual watching of Monaco. I've so far avoided finding out the result however. And think I can face staying up late a second night running....
I did catch the end of the Indy 500 earlier. And the arguments over the anti-climax that was the final couple of laps are set to run and run, I suspect.
* They also precluded being in town the one weekend when interesting folk were going to be around. Miff. It's not even as if I go away that often.

Mull/F1/Weekend
Date: 2002-05-26 03:05 pm (UTC)Went to see Star Wars II this morning not that far from you (Grafton Centre) with the whole crowd, midday showing, good fun.
Returned to watch Monaco on tape (no spoilers!) and drove back with J&P and setup sub-woofer.
Fun weekend, Hazel and Leo are brilliant.
Watched a minute or two of the Mull Historical as I was flicking around but decided to come read email instead.
Hope your weekend was fun ...
