Mar. 9th, 2011 09:29 amMonday's batch was made with full-fat goat milk, live goat milk yoghourt (purchased), plus (for 6/7 of the pots) 1/4 tsp dried goat milk powder. Runnier, but acceptable set after 5 1/2 hours. Less of the metallic taste.
Breakfast today: golden granola with one pot of yoghourt mixed in.
