Not the way to meet the neighbours

Cat's fate (Minette, she was) communicated to lovely neighbour down the street. (She wasn't chipped, so carting the corpse to the Blue Cross or vets wouldn't have helped.)

So sad.

It is indeed very sad, but at least you were able to tell them what had happened to her - I really appreciated finding out what had happened to Topaz, even months afterwards, when some nice people found his remains with collar in the graveyard and buried him for me.
