Spring Cleaning

By eight this morning I was well on my way to achieving this:

That's dismantled, washed, disinfected--and drying in the sun.
Now we're back to this:

Meanwhile, apparently whilst the stork leaves babies under gooseberry bushes (not that I've got anything that useful from under our scraggy specimen) it leaves eggs under strawberry plants:

(I had said earlier this morning that I hadn't bought the new planter for the hens to roost on. She wasn't... roosting.)

I didn't realise the hens had their own indoor paddling pool for hot days! ;-)
