Fudge, but no froth (near the bottom of the page) and precious little alcohol. Still, there could be some appeal. There are nicer beers to do this with, surely, if the notion's at all appealing: Fuller's Organic Honey Dew or the Cranberry version? Or go the whole hog and make it with mead? Or a decent porter? Or is all of this heresy to a real real ale drinker?
