Between blotch and blok

After 22 years of suffering the previous toaster, we've replaced it. It was finally necessary to do so, after it incinerated a slice of home-made bread and burst into flames. I am so very pleased.

The new toaster does bagels and toasted teacakes. For those of us sans grill, this will be a boon.
