Which TV Series?

Blonde schoolgirl with unusual powers, a misfit lesbian best friend, a habit of falling for dark-haired men who've stalked the earth for hundreds of years, classroom snobberies and cliques, a favourite night spot... sounds like...
Sounds like Buffy, but it's actually Hex. And, really, with the above, the comparison ends. After all our years of watching dire TV shows, we can't bring ourselves to watch an entire episode. It lacks, well, coherence, invention, wit, heart. Everything, except a pretty lead actress (and plenty of pointless shower scenes) and scenery. Give us Sunnydale any day.
