How big a freezer do you have? I have various recipes, and you could probably get more by asking on food_porn, but unless you're a jam-maker, most of them involve freezing to preserve them.

Medium-sized freezer, mainly full of last year's blackberries and elderberries (which I can'r combine with the cooking apples 'cos then Looby Loo won't eat the resulting pies).

I'm a jam maker; unfortunately, I eat little jam and Looby Loo and M even less.
