I Have Confidence in My Chucks

LL asked, a few minutes ago, if we should shut the hens in as it looked like rain. I told her to leave them: they weren't stupid and would get in out of the rain.

She's now come in from the rain herself, having locked the hens away. They'd trotted off into the run all by themselves.

(Makes up for my nettling whilst trying to identify the invisible black object that was preventing me shutting the coop door in the rain and pitch blackness at 10.30 last night. Jack seems to be going through the rebellious teenager stopping out all night stage in her development.)

Egg total now run to 10 since the 18th.
