Evidence:

• Looby Loo didn't wake till gone 9.00am and has been weak and weary ever since (and is now taking a nap).
• Cats, having with one another rather more than is normal, are napping very close by, and whingeing
• Hens are very quiet and have roosted in odd places

The sky is overcast and a tad threatening. (My headache I blame entirely on last night's second Absinthe.)

But, yes, waiting for the rain... and thunder.

There has been a gradual fall in pressure through the day, about 2hrs/mb, but it's still 1022ish. This evening and into tonight the wind swings round to the north, bringing wet & icy polar air; tomorrow is looking damp as the succession of fronts swing by, Sunday maybe snowy.
