Not Farmhouse Sultana Cake

Just so I remember what I did, today's cake, loosely based on a Farmhouse Sultana:

• Didn't use any wholemeal flour
• Did use plain stoneground
• Used 70-ish g dried apricots, chopped; some Turkish sultanas; and golden raisins
• Used ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg in place of mixed spice
• Was topped with chopped crystallised ginger instead of sugar cubes

Otherwise I followed the recipe pretty closely.

Needed to be in a smaller, taller cake tin. Would make a good Xmas cake substitute.
