Good Things–More Leftovers than Anticipated

Finding that, as well as the almost finished jar of mincemeat that was only going to stretch to a couple of mince pies, there was a third of a jar of mincemeat waiting at the back of the fridge. Along with the spare pastry from Wednesday's quiche, that's six mince pies and three jam tarts that can be put together.
