Good things for a chilly Saturday night

A pair of cats dueting with their snores. (Cat three is having twitchy dreams on my lap.)

Beef brisket done in the pressure cooker with potatoes, sweet potatoes, parsnips and carrots—and auto gravy—followed by rice pudding made to the secret recipe.

Seconds of rice pudding.

Eta: cat three doing its own solo snore 'cos it still can.

That all sounds very good! We had lamb stew cooked in the slow cooker, followed by a (rather unseasonable, but still very tasty) pudding of sliced blood oranges and vanilla ice cream.
