Can I have it in Pink? (Project E-bike)

One result of moving house is not being 10 minutes walk away from work (and consequently going home for lunch--something I hadn't done since infant school). I'd be happy walking in through the summer (were I going in at all) but I think I need a faster option for the winter (and when I have stuuf [sic] to cart around). Hence, an e-bike seems in order.

I have criteria:

1. This is to be the last bike I ever buy (it'll have to see me out, as my dad has been saying for decades now), so must work for not only the 54-year old, but someone somewhat older.
2. Step-through frame.
3. Small frame (I'm 5'3" and don't have the longest of legs).
4. Lights and battery integrated into frame (aesthetics and security).
5. Decent availaibility of points to attach baskets/paniers (I refuse to cycle with a backpack on).
6. I'm happy to have a clever app BUT it must function fully without one. (I sometimes go out without my mobile and per point 1 I'm expecting the bike to last and I assume an app or the mobile/mobile OS to run it on won't.)
7. I'd like a choice of colours!

Preferably available via a UK manufacturer or vendor. I have seen several models I like shipping from Europe, but the pain of post-Brexit shipping (and the extra costs) puts me off.

I neutral on materials and drive mechanisms.

Serious research is required.

And, no, I'm not actually looking for pink. Khaki, however.

I've also been thinking about an electric bike for September (when our office is scheduled to re-open), but not with all the same requirements.
